PRISCO started its history on 01 January, 1972. For more than three decades the Company’s fleet of oil tankers delivered various oil products cargoes to the ports of Russian Far East and eastern sector of Arctic.

Today PRISCO's business activities include recruitment and employment of Russian seafarers to the vessels of first class shipping companies; maritime consulting services, particularly for specifics of shipping in Arctic and winterization of vessel; management of PRISCO’s affiliates companies that provide wide range of services in the field ofmaritime training, shipping agency, medical and hospitality businesses.

PRISCO operates as socially responsible company and promote among its staff the policies of safe working, health care and healthy lifestyle.

The main Clients of PRISCO are Shipping and Shipmanagement Companies that have established themselves in the maritime industry as first-order Companies, reliable, offering decent working conditions and providing social guarantees for seafarers. Among such companies: MOL LNG Transport Co Ltd (Japan), Sea Team Management Ltd. (Singapore), WALLEM Shipmanagement Ltd. (Hong Kong), ANCORA Investment Trust Inc. (Greece), OOO Polarus, BSM. The PRISCO Personnel Department operates on the basis of the License issued by the Federal Migration Service to carry out activities related to the employment of citizens of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation and is certified by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping of a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 and MLC 2006.
