Good morning dear Employers ! My name is Igor Ostapenko, my age 48, live in Saint-Petersburg Russia .
Iam looking for a job as a Third Officer or Second Mate . My last position was Third Mate on the container vsl.,duties LSA &FFE.
Have experience in a mix crew, Dry Dock's.
Was been break time 2.5 year due to family reason ! At this point my certificates are refreshed until 2030 year.
Also I have specific certificates of ECDIS: Furuno FMD, eGlobe G2 ,Tokyo Keiki.
